Windows 7 exceeded the 192G memory limit

Is there a way for Windows 7 to break the memory limit of 192G?
I know that I can use the SKU method to enhance the server permissions, but I have operated several times because there is no legitimate license key can not succeed, may I ask is there any other way to break the 192G memory limit and use more memory?

Thank you for making such a topic, I am very interested in this myself! :slightly_smiling_face:

Don’t sink, guys. Is there a solution?

For what are you needing 256 GB of RAM?

Maybe you need a modified Windows 7 kernel to bypass the memory limit

I run the application in memory to accelerate its IO performance. A motherboard with four slots usually has limited memory space, while a motherboard with eight slots can greatly expand the memory. By putting many applications in memory, the memory space keeps doubling. In two years, DDR6 will be twice as fast as DDR5, and with more memory, you can do many things.

Cool what motherboard are you using?

All AMD Threadripper motherboards have 8 DIMM slots.
