Windows 7 x64 to Asus PB60 (B360+i3-8100T)

Spent some time in unsuccessful efforts to get the subject. Tried different drives (m.2 non-NVMe, m.2 NVMe, SATA SSD) with the same result - first boot during install crashes at disk.sys.
Secure boot is surely off and CSM on.
Both 8.1 and 10 come easily reporting PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A352&SUBSYS_877F1043 for SATA AHCI controller.
No ideas where to dig to.
Help me please

Latest update.
First (“sysprep”) boot now stops with:
Windows failed to start…
File: iaStorAC.sys
Status: 0xc0000098
Don’t know what the exact driver is needed

@kk77kk
Try these drivers - Modded Intel AHCI and RAID Drivers (digitally signed)

@DeathBringer
Yes I’ve surely tried them already

I have a working W7 at ASRock Z370 mb.
Made some attempts to transfer the system to my Asus B360 - still no good.
Now 1st boot stops at classpnp.sys
