Those who know how to fix this issue i tryed Vbemp it didnt work in Vega 3 and it didnt work i edited the system.ini adding the display option with driver.drv , force them to install but it didnt work. , a plan i was gonna make a windows 98 using a cheap parts from online shop and i bought was a “intel pentium g3200”, “2gb Ram kingston ddr3”, "graphics: intel hd “haswell”, “motherboard:b85d01-6ks3h”.
