could you contact support for an updated (or latest) bios available for your device then make a dump

As rule of thumb,keep your OS,apps,bios and drivers updated

I really recommend contacting support for a file.sent a email should not take much of your time
and in the mean time you can dump and upload your bios,so i can take a look
