Looking for someone that can send me a bios with Intel ME features disabled. Also possibly just unlocked in general so I can flash the bios with SCEWIN. Attempted to do this myself but have ran always into “invalid bios image” when attempting to do it myself. 
Then your issue is the flash… plenty of similar situations like yours in the forum and web, so go read and learn because AMI and Gigabyte wouldn’t like that some “smart” user just do a bunch of tricks to a bios file and instantly get it flashed with no security concerns around…and all passed, humm?
Oh and it MUST be, to flash with SCEWIN…got it, we hear you, we will sent it ASAP

no you have misunderstood me… I also am very very confused what point you are trying to convey. While I now understand that “ME disable” is not supported in this forum, what I was originally stating was I was looking for a way to unlock Master Access so that I can use SCEWIN to configure the other variables at my own leisure. I have attempted to flash via “Q-Flash,” “SCEWIN,” & a bootable USB drive via Shell using flash.nsh. All results have not been successful hence why I came to this forum to attempt to figure out where I am making a mistake. With that being said I don’t understand what I said to warrant just being a smartass…? 
New Gigabyte bioses have now introduced CAPSULE…this maybe a new issue regarding old methods for mod flashing…
Since the board has USB Q-Flash for recovery (dual bios also???) you may try to use Intel FPT tool and/or edit FD by HEX or in mFIT on FW image… as alternative to initial flash/use of SCEWIN, then with new unlocked bios flashed (Until new revision flashed…) it may let you to use SCEWIN more freely, all this is assumptions.
I have attempted to rebuild PE 32 images with UEFI editor and with CSME 16. tools but I keep running into invalid bios file or just freezing upon attempting to flash. I am inexperienced in the arts of Bios modding, what do you recommend in terms of methods of flashing the image if you can be more specific? Thank you
Well…i just told precisely that, you simple didn’t understood because, as many new users to this area, lack the knowledge of such advanced tools/methods, neither i or any other user can spare the time for giving such experience, neither its a fast course, you’ll have to read and learn my friend.
EDIT: No need to apologize… there’s no easy way to learn and no conclusive videos on the web, because they are time consuming when properly done…if.
This is a learning curve…just like school, you cant stop to follow it if you want to stay up to it and you’re learning every day, plenty of users dont even know the time or knowledge needed when asking “this” or “that”, some users will have more time and compelled to write/help more but many have reach an exhausting point to attend requests and doing this kind of “work”… its funny and exciting in the beginning, then…

I understand that I was more so asking for documentation via videos/tutorials/githubs whatever links to sources that you would recommend sorry for confusion.
I understand the time commitment required for this area of expertise and respect your time and others who may come along. It is definitely difficult from my side of things too, attempting to learn these things is very hard because from at least what i have seen there is very limited material to reference and finding that material is tough too. I will continue to search and learn more day-by-day.
