When you "reinstalled" the system, what does tht mean? Did you do a clean OS install onto a formatted partition or did you install the OS ontop of the old one?
What have you done regarding the network once the OS was up and what exactly have you tried to fix the problem?

Ok, I have had problem with the video ( black screen ) no video. So I went ahead and did the reflow and have got the video back working. I used to have two partitions on the disk ( no more the recovery partition at all ) partition C: New and formatted where I installed the Windows 7 Ultimate 32bits. The other partition is D: only contains data on it witch I need because all my documents. After done that I re installed all drivers including the most recent drivers from Nvidia.
Everything is working fine But I ran into a new problem: NVIDIA NFORCE NETWORKING CONTROLLER CAN’T START CODE 10. I have checked with the Everest and it says I have Nvidia MCP51 - Lan Controller. PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0269&SUBSYS_30B5103C&REV_03. Motherboard Wistron 30b5 with Phoenix bios date 04/21/09 ver. FD-3 already flashed. Also I have Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter witch is working great. I tried uninstalling the drivers, deleting them and re installing them in safe mode but no luck. still it shows up in device manager with the code 10??

Which "most recent" NVIDIA Ethernet driver did you install?
Did you install the NAM software as well?
Has your NVIDIA nForce Network Controller been detected and supported by the Win7 Setup? Did the Controller work after having completed the Win7 installation?

I installed the 15.56-nforce 32 bit int whql and Im using the Driver Manager NO I did not install the NAM. In fact I already have tried so many versions of nvidia nforce drivers includind the ones you have posted but no luck. I have tried to go back to windos XP pro and see if the problem was the compatibility with Windows 7 but that wasn’t the case. I have tried Windows Vista Ultimate as well and Nothing same problem in all windows platform. . By the way I have seem so many people having this issue and no good answer anywhere.

If you have installed the nForce driverpack 15.56, you probably have installed the NAM software as well, because it is part of the package.
You should uninstall it from within the Control Panel ("Add/remove Programs").
By the way: You didn't answer my third question.

No fernando the adapter never worked after I did the fresh intall of the OS. It did work before with the original system(windows xp media center) but I lost the factory recory partition. And I dont think I have installed the Nam cause I cant see it. When I go to uninstall program in the control panel I have these options: 1)NVIDIA DISPLAY DRIVER 2)NVIDIA ETHERNET DRIVER COMPONENTS 3)NVIDIA NFORCE PCI SYSTEM MANAGEMENT AND 4)NVIDIA SMU DRIVER. Should I unistall any of these drivers? Sorry I’m not so smart and I’m really appreciating your help. The driver for the network controller is version 73.3.0.0 of 3/4/2010 the last.

Yes, I recommend to uninstall the "NVIDIA ETHERNET DRIVER COMPONENTS".
After having done that and rebooted, you should install another NVIDIA nForce Ethernet driver, for example the v73.35 dated 08/12/2010. You can find it within my "32bit non-AHCI Performance Pack v9.0 for Vista/Win7 x86", which I have linked within the start post of >this< thread. If you do it, you have to force the installation by using the "Have Disk" button.
EDIT:
Since there are at least 2 different Ethernet drivers to be installed, you may need 2 restarts to get them properly working.

No good luck. I have done what u asked me to do and have tried in two ways( normal and safe mode ) neither one worked. Still the same problem in the driver details it says Problem Code 0000000A. Some how the service can’t be stared by windwos and I don’t even can see the service (NVNET) in the list. BIG DEAL !!! I’m kind of disappointed with myself and I believe the only thing to to is to buy the original recovery cds from hp. The only problem is that I’ll ever be able to upgrade my computer to nothing else than just Windos xp.

Your problem is, that NVIDIA has stopped the support of nForce chipsets in 2010 and had stopped the development of suitable nForce drivers for Vista and Win7 already earlier. NVIDIA's nForce drivers for Windows XP were good, but the later developed Vista and Win7 drivers were crap.

@ guest:

You may try the Ethernet drivers v67.89 WHQL, which I have attached:
