Hi my i need help.

My bios model Insydeh20 v3.7.
My laptop bios link: https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles…ACER&SC=EMEA_25
Mainboard Model: Acer EA50_HB
System BIOS Version: 1.32
Thanks for ur helps.
Have a good day.
This BIOS contains two images, which is your product name Z5WAH or A5WAB?
Do you have hardware flash programmer like CH341A?
I dont have hardware programer sory
my bios using Z5WAH and my bios version 1.32
So you already flashed this BIOS too then correct? Thanks for product name, I will see if I can unlock things for you tonight. If not, anything specific you want changed we can do via Grub / Setup_Var without a BIOS modification.
Have you flashed modified BIOS on this system before, in any way modified? If yes, do you still have that package, I’m asking because if you do we can use it’s flashing tool and dll.s since it was probably modified to allow mod BIOS flash.

this link Acer offical bios link for my laptop. ı flashed but this bios locked and ıs using offical bios ı mean ı using locked bios.
I havent changed before.
I’m waiting you.
And thank you for ur helps.
Yes, I already downloaed the EXE, that’s how I know there is two BIOS images in there for different systems. Thanks for confirmation about BIOS mod in past, I only asked due to what I mentioned (We could use those modified flash files to program with).
I thought maybe you asked someone to update microcode for you, or something simple like that in past. These flash programs from stock flashing tool are a pain sometimes to make work with modified BIOS, but we’ll get around them!
Please download this Intel ME System tools package (V10) - https://mega.nz/#!zA8hQBZT!IuRKy4ra2dBKs…G65TwfOQj8SCqKA
Unzip, and inside you will find several folders. Go into the Flash Programming Tool folder, inside there select the Win32 folder, hold shift and press right click, then choose "Open command window here"
In the command window type the following command, and then send me the newly created biosreg.bin (zip if you can, thanks)
FPTw.exe -bios -d biosreg.bin
If this fails to run that means you probably don’t have Intel ME drivers installed, I see they are not listed on your download page for Win7 or Win10
If this is the case, please show me CPU=z Image motherboard tab, so I can find correct ME drivers for your chipset.
Or you can use also the DOS files from the Flash Program Tools folder, these do not need ME drivers installed, put all the files from DOS folder onto root of DOS USB and run this command from DOS prompt
FPT.exe -bios -d biosreg.bin
yes I dont have intel me drivers. Computer did not create the file.
i uploaded cpu z results.

I thought maybe not, here you can try these drivers and see if they install or not - https://mega.nz/#!2AM20a4Q!wofMs_jldghpZ…PmNcWr3T9QLCNEg
If those fail to install, please try these instead - https://mega.nz/#!2RU00ZiR!f1qjUTs7FLAXR…9pNJOrBvuDkBHGc
Or, please run FPT from DOS if neither of the above will install, here’s how to create bootable USB stick with DOS
Follow steps 1-4 to create bootable USB - <Request> Flagship X470 Gaming 7 Wifi Motherboard BIOS Fix
Or you can use this program Rufus (Use MS_DOS) - https://rufus.ie/en_IE.html
How do you know from your end which is your product/family name? Z5WAH or A5WAB
my product name z5wah my laptop’s offical link: https://www.acer.com/ac/tr/TR/content/su…roduct/5385?b=1
I know all that already, I simply asked “How do you know Z5WAH” Where do you see Z5WAH, how do you know it’s Z5WAH. I already know it’s that, only curious what tells you it’s that.
Used when upgrading my bios. i installed mei drivers shortly before
I understand you won’t help me. thanks for your answers anyway.
@Lost_N_BIOS
@mhmt2 - I will help you, multiple posts in a row does not get a quicker answer, please be patient.
When upgrading your BIOS, is that the only time you see Z5WAH? Since you have now installed Intel ME drivers, please run the FPT commands I gave you in post #6, then upload resulting file, thanks
when ı was upgrading used z5wah. then i saw.
I’m a little impatient. sorry.
Thanks, I only wanted to know where all you could see that model name.
