ME Region for MacBook Air 13" Early 2014 A1466 EMC 2632 Firmware Version 9.5.3.1526

Hello, I have a really big issue. For last two days I was trying to repair MacBook Air 2014 for my friend, later I found out that issue is with bios.
I had flashed bios from another MacBook but I cannot find working ME Region. Does anybody have one? Firmware version is 9.5.3.1526.
Could anybody help with it? Thanks in advance.

At step 4 you’ll need to pick the same or newer SLM EXTR firmware since we don’t have RGN for Apple systems.

No raw file but it is like raw file already. The region is reset to stock. You need to clean the region.
