my lan chip doesn’t work properly so i want to update it but i dont know to do that.How can i do it ?

it’s version is now 2.021

I doubt, that an update of the Realtek LAN BIOS module will solve you problem.
It will only be loaded and used, when you are going to boot your machine via LAN using the Wake-On-LAN feature.

may be just changing pxe orom will not solve the problem so i want to update it too also may be someday i will use that feature :slight_smile: so i want to update

I generally do not recommend to modify the BIOS of a Mobile system. The chance to get a bricked mainboard is much higher than with a Desktop system.
If you want to update the Realtek EFI LAN module nevertheless, you may try to let the UBU tool the work (although it has not been designed for Mobile system BIOS modifications).
Alternatively you can use the AMI Aptio IV UEFI MMTool manually. >Here< is a guide.
