I assume you used a programmer to dump, right? Your dump is not complete as the BIOS is cut mid-way. It needs to be 6MB yet only 2MB are dumped. Your system probably has a 2nd SPI chip with a size of 4MB to hold the rest of the BIOS. That’s why FITC crashes.
The ME region is included at the 1st chip. It depends on what you want to do now. If you just want to update & clean/configure the ME region then you can extract it from your current 1st chip dump (use UEFITool as it’s easy/fast), import at FITC as ME region only (check the Note at step 8 of the guide which I just added, previously it was only mentioned for post-SKL systems) and when you’re done, replace the ME region of your 1st chip dump using UEFITool or manually after making sure the region size is exactly the same (when using a full SPI dump, FITC takes care of that automatically).

Yes. The dump is read with programmer directly from chip.
I have two chip’s BIOS (25Q64FV) & EC (25Q32BV).
I drop down the files in ME Analyzer and only one is recognize as BIOS with ME. I thought it is easy and I’m stuc.
This task is only for exercise, I will try to do my best. Thanks for guidance, now I’m lucking for UEFITool
The 2nd chip is not EC but the continuation of the BIOS. The EC is probably at another smaller chip. Looking at the specs it’s clear that the 1st one is 8MB and the second is 4MB, as expected. You won’t see anything when loading the 2nd at MEA because the ME is included at the 1st only. UEFITool is easy to work with, if you want to extract the ME region from the 1st dump then just right click it and select “Extract as is…”. I am not sure exactly what you want to do, I think you mentioned “cleaning” of the ME, that’s why I assumed you were talking about my guide on how to do that and the note at step 8 which is relevant when importing only the ME region.
Hello!
I try to make clear ME region, only for exercise. It is for second time and i try it Dell (hard choose). The error I got, it keep me dooing, I don’t have the notebook model to test it. So I hope I do it right. If you have time to verify me, I will be glad.
Best regards.

Why is there 9.5 firmware inside the new image? That’s for a completely different platform. You can only use ME8 firmware.
The “clean” image is dirtier than the dumped one. If you want to verify the result, don’t flash it first and then redump it, the ME gets dirty right away after 1st system bootup. If that’s not the case (no redumping) then you haven’t followed the guide properly.

Thanks for patience. I try to find firmware 8.1.40.1416 not find it. I use 8.1.70.1590. It is OK to use it?

For the purposes of the guide, I suggest the same version for cleaning but yes you can use the latest firmware in this case. It’s clearly mentioned at step 2 of the guide where to download the firmware repository which includes all older firmware we have found (8.1.40.1416 5MB included). Other than that, the settings look ok. You can compare yourself by saving the configuration xml file for both the dumped and cleaned ME region which you can then compare with any tool that does that. Only InputFile fields should differ.
