What would the latest ver CPU Microcode ver 1E give over the ver 19 code.
Intel at least partially describes the changes in their Specification updates.
I will link one for the current Haswell CPUs.

Can add, but I think that it makes no sense.
This version 07. 
Yes I saw that but wasn’t certain why the version is 99. I also have 07 so I did a side-by-side comparison. Only the top version says 99 for some reason. Maybe some OEM messed up something.
This is done deliberately to deceive Microsoft Windows, for example. For the system to think that already installed a newer microcode.

Never mind, it’s VBT for GOP Driver. I will correct later.

You incorrectly assembled FFS-file VBT for GOP. In the file there is a double header.
File Modules\VGA\vbthsw.bin should be clean, free of the FFS and the title begin with "$VBT".
