first of all, it is possible.
all you need to do for running xeon e3 1200s v5 and v6 on 200s pch:
- dump your bios (full spi image). follow [Guide] Clean Dumped Intel Engine (CS)ME/(CS)TXE Regions with Data Initialization to decomp your bios image.
- save as a xml file, then edit it using a modern editor(i recommend notepad2), not notepad provided by windows.
- search HostCpuWriteAccess, HostCpuReadAccess, MeWriteAccess, MeReadAccess, GbeWriteAccess, GbeReadAccess, EcWriteAccess, EcReadAccess, change the value to 0xFFF.
- search “<Reserved value”, change the value to Yes.

- load xml in fit, then build. flash outimage.bin.
