I have a Lenovo M90q Gen 3 Desktop with BIOS issues.
I’ve tried repairing the BIOS with an exe from the official website. After decrypting it, I couldn’t find the appropriate BIOS region to repair it. If there’s any experience available to guide me, I’d appreciate it and would financially support you for your time.
Get the bios file, extract with AMI PFAT Extract / AMI BIOS Guard Extractor then follow notes here
I performed the decryption, then edited the resulting BIOS, deleting the end of the file. It’s now the same size as the original BIOS region.
I have a question: The header is different. Is there any problem with this? Will it work?
