Clear ME in dump from XPS 8940 PC

Can somebody help me with cleaning ME in this dump?

Attach the dump. Otherwise too little information given.

14.0 would normally not be with RLK and wouldn’t contain PPHY partition. Dell update images for the XPS 8940 do neither.

PHY is dummy, won’t build. Replace with standard PHY for build process, just exchange PHY module in new outimage with extracted dummy.
