I found this forum about my problem but I did not understand anything. Can anybody help me please?
How can I create my dump bios bin file?
@knygn - No need for BIOS dump, this is a ME FW issue (corrupted ME FW). You need CH341A + SOIC8 test clip with cable to fix this, let me know if you need linked examples.
Yes, that will work, and is all you need unless your BIOS chip/chips are 1.8v type. You have to look at chip and get ID off chip for me to lookup if you want to be 100% sure you don’t have any 1.8v chip before you order tools.
Does that help you?
No you have to look at the BIOS chips on the board with your eyes, read off info and write it down, then give to me. You may need magnifying glass and flashlight
There may be one, or two, I am not sure. If you are not sure either take some images for me and I will point out BIOS chip to you. Normally you would just have to remove the bottom of the laptop casing to see the BIOS chip or chips (Probably only one)
We could check with a software method, but I wouldn’t trust it, and you can’t in this specific case because the software used needs ME FW to run. I guess we could do from DOS, but it’s not 100% guarantee to be correct every time.
But, if you want to do it that way and trust it, here’s how to do it. Go to this thread and in the section “C” download the V11 ME System Tools package
Intel Management Engine: Drivers, Firmware & System Tools
Once downloaded, inside you will find Flash Programming Tool folder, and inside that a Windows or Win/Win32 folder.
Select that Win folder, hold shift and press right click, choose open command window here (Not power shell).
At the command prompt type the following command and send me image of the output info >> FPTw.exe -i
If that fails to work, show me the error and make sure I can see entire window and what you typed in, in case location needs adjusted or something else looks funky.
Then, make a DOS bootable USB, and copy all contents of the DOS folder to the root of that USB. Boot to DOS and run this command, then take an image of the screen and show me >> FPT.exe -i
If you are stuck on Win10 and cannot easily get command prompt, and method I mentioned above does not work for you, here is some links that should help
Or, copy all contents from the Flash Programming Tool \ DOS folder to the root of a USB Bootable disk and do the dump from DOS (FPT.exe -bios -d biosreg.bin)

Or here is simply registry edit that adds “Open command window here as Administrator” to the right click menu
Double-click to install, reboot after install may be required

I run FPT
I need time to look BIOS chip ID. I write when I look up on the board.
Thanks, that shows two BIOS chips, and may be correct info but if you want to be 100% sure you have to look. If you rely on this, you do not need 1.8V adapter, both of those are 3.3v chip so no adapter needed.
Yes I trust. Should I buy the product on that link?
Yeah
I bought. I will write again when it came.
Thank you very much and sorry my bad english
OK, You’re welcome! I know how the wait is sometimes I wish you fast delivery
I didn’t even notice anything about your English, OK to me, I didn’t know until you said that
The products are came. What about the next?

hello
all pieces are here. how can I fix the laptop?
@knygn - Here’s some guides on how to setup and use
[Guide] Using CH341A-based programmer to flash SPI EEPROM
[GUIDE] The Beginners Guide to Using a CH341A SPI Programmer/Flasher (With Pictures!)
https://www.techinferno.com/index.php?/f…grammer-ch341a/
https://weborus.com/guide-flash-bios-spi…ini-programmer/
Here is main software package with driver and many versions of software. First step, open software (all) and on “Auto” function, uncheck erase and blank check, that way nothing gets erased accidentally.
Once you open up bottom of laptop and find the BIOS chip, look with magnifying glass and flash light if you need to, and tell me the BIOS chip ID, in case I need to tell you certain version software to use or other than exact ID
If chip is W25Q64FV as shown above, then you need to use 1.30 or 1.34 and chip ID W25Q64BV For the W25Q32FV, use same software, but I am not sure if you need to use BV ID or not, maybe best to go ahead and use it
Goal of first action is to dump both chips contents and send to me so I can check it’s Ok, and then edit/send back and tell you how to write.
Once connected you will read, and then verify. Then if buffer/chip match, save the file and zip and send to me.
I will apply this guide ( [Guide] Using CH341A-based programmer to flash SPI EEPROM )
Which I file send to you?
-------------------
I tried everything and laptop not opening. Pc is trash
@knygn - If you used the guide you linked above you should have stopped at step #4 and send me that file. Same as I said on page one post #15
PC is not trash, you can fix it easy! Send me the original dump from your chip, that you made from that guide following steps 1-4
I followed all steps. Read -> Erase -> Program
Pc is not opening now.
Do you have any idea that how can I fix?
@knygn - per post #15 “All steps” would be >> Goal of first action is to dump both chips contents and send to me so I can check it’s Ok, and then edit/send back and tell you how to write.
Once connected you will read, and then verify. Then if buffer/chip match, save the file and zip and send to me.
No one mentioned for you to to erase or write/program anything yet. I have to make you BIOS, and or rebuild ME FW etc, then compile new BIOS for you, then split into two parts etc and you program both chips with the two parts of BIOS I send you.
What did you even program, what BIOS??? And to what chip did you write??
Did you dump both chips (ie read, verify, save) before you erased or wrote? If not, we can still fix, but you may have lost your LAN MAC ID (No ethenet, unless you can find MAC ID on sticker or in router logs), and you loose your Asset tag, service tag, and serial probably.
Please dump both chips contents for me now and put into single zip, then upload to one of the sites below
