ECS G41T-M7 BIOS NVME modding

Hi!
Could you help to modify bios to have NVME support?
Motherboard ECS G41T-M7 v1.0 with S771 XEON E5450
Modifyed BIOS with S771 support attached
SSD NVME Netac E930 PRO VID 126F PID 2263

Hello, im sorry but the conventional NVMe mod described here: [HowTo] Get full NVMe support for all Systems with an AMI UEFI BIOS
will not work as ur motherboard is too old and Legacy bios, not UEFI.

U can try this, at ur own risk: [Experimental] NVMe Option ROM

And without any bios mods:
[Guide] NVMe-boot for systems with legacy BIOS and UEFI board (DUET-REFIND)
[Guide] NVMe-boot without modding your UEFI/BIOS (Clover-EFI bootloader method)

Good luck.

Hi friend , Fernando replied to this request so far …

[Request] Full NVMe Support for the ECS G41T-M7 Mainboard?

it is impossible to get full NVMe support for your old system with an Intel ICH7 Southbridge by a BIOS modification.
You will be able to get the OS installed onto your WD NVMe SSD, but the boot sector has to be outside of it.
Good luck!

P.S.: Since your problem has nothing to do with the in-use NVMe driver, I have moved your request into the Sub-Forum named “NVMe Support for old Systems”.
