Thx but that same no avx offset and vccio max 1.25v
thingus going hard for my ASUS M8R
anyone have a bios for Asrock h270 performance with pcie patch?
looking to update my cpu to a coffee lake processor
would be hugely appreciated
Those cover are often lightly glued on by the thin metal edge of the cover only, not glued to chip top, so you may be able to gently pry it off @PCGH_Torsten
Thx but that same no avx offset and vccio max 1.25v
That is no problem orginal bios no have avx offset but vccio see can rise to 1.5v but i cannot check this no have kaby lake and skylake cpu
@Kolmodor
Sometimes ASUS and Gigabyte overstates cpu voltage when auto. In this case usually helps play with related voltages e.g. āIA AC/DC Load Lineā or smth.
Did you tried make mod with revlaayās tool?
The cover is so high, it must have several millimeters clearance to the chip. It is not glued (or: not only glued?), though, but fixed by (at least) two solderpoints. Considering the following fidling with ALC1150 miniature contacts it is probably better if I either try the hotswap or simply buy an SPI flasher after the holidays. (Any1 any suggestion what to order? Asking from a central Europaen&/German location, chip is dip8 packaged)
Sorry @PCGH_Torsten Iāve not seen them recently, only going by past memory on older boards, probably more secure now like you mention
All you need is CH341A flash programmer ($2.50 on ebay), if your chip is DIP8 socketed.

I think that this method make a malfunction on integrated graphics acceleration function.
Following this guide, I modified the bios of H110M-STX/COM, and i3 8100 was successfully recognized at my board.
However, Iāve frequently got system crashes while watching YouTube with Chrome.
You know, Youtube is not heavy-load application.
I think this issue is related to IGPU acceleration function.
I also experienced system crashes in 10~20 seconds after I started the IGPU acceleration test on the web..
Do you have any idea to solve this problem?
Thanks.
@svarmod
I tried flash bios with spi programer (minipro TL866CS) but unknown device error. I tried supplying 3.3v power for pins 8 and GDN for pin 4 but still the same error.
Edit: The error is due to soic8 test clip. I have flashed not using soic8 test clip and succeeded. I am writing this article with i7 8700k.
Thank you everyone for your support.

for what region unlock in bios?
I thought enough of the UEFI re-flash method ā¦
thanks, I liked the program, it was very well done,
except that you can make some color labels like in UBU
and it is possible to add info on hw mod (for example, asus boards)
@shikulja
No, itās global CFL-mod thread, but i think you can ask here.
Thanks for your feedback, answered with pm.
Regions unlock - is optional mod for some boards (like ASUS, ASRock, Biostar) that allow donāt mess about SPI-programmer or unlock-pinmod everytime when you need full reflash. Reflash unlocked bios with SPI only once and after it can be done with software tools (FPT, AFU). Sometimes usefull.
hey do you have a link to the vbios and bsf package file?
