the real reason make CFL u0 p0 CPU work on skylake kabylake and c232 c236 have been found:
cpu descriptor record 1 in flash descriptor ,the 29 bit.

hi, I did all the steps, to 4, but when I try to save the bios (new_vbios.dat) it always give an error (please apply the correct settings). I tried to use different bios, but it never worked
I have an asus z170a

Make sure, that you choose right version of .bsf template file in both cases.

This is "new_vbios.dat" outed from step 4 vbios update.
For complete bios mod you can use one of automated tools mentioned in this thread.

It’s only vbios module. Open full bios image and replace it as in manual.

so @svarmod , i think i successfuly modded my bios, at the last steps, when i had to use the batch file UBU, i always choose the last choice (from updating cpu mircrocode), so the more recent one, more recent bios, etc… before i try to install the bios in to my mobo, i’d like to know if it’s gonna work (if u want more info i can give it to u)
