Pingback for future reference: it is working on H61M-P20 (G3) v1 board but only if written with external prommer. MSI’s own “MFlash” wrote it wrongly, the outcome resulted in damaged EPROM content and bootloop.

the easiest way to avoid this is by using intel FPT. true old msi mflash does give a PITA on flashing bios.

so, it is better that you update the official bios to the very latest then dump the bios using intel fpt, that way a more safer job to do by anyone.
