Hi @Lost_N_BIOS
Thank you so much for your time and response, Really appreciate.
That’s fine however I already checked with and without power,
I’ll continue after I received new Clip because this clip is really painful, , I feel poor pin connection is the reason.
I ordered Blank chips also either way this should work,
Ill update tread once item received,
Thanks and Regards

Hi @Lost_N_BIOS
Sorry for Delay… I was able to fix my laptop after replacing the BIOS chip, somehow existing chip didn’t work. But I used an empty chip and re-programmed it with your BIOS file you sent me.
Thank you So much for your Unbelivable and Invaluable help. I have no words to Say!!
Thanks and Regards

I am not a technician but I may guess that if you are going to flash a chip that operates in the range of 2.7-3.6 V you have to set jumper in proper position first.
I have read many guides and noone says about it, these “so called specialilists” can argue about anything (drivers, software, etc ) but not about things that really important.
Noone says how to deal with these numbers … they just say… put in position 1 … and noone says check OEMs Datasheet for the chip you are going to flash.
But this can’t be considered or taken as a recommendation because I don’t have experience in such things and in jumper position 2 I get connection error.
Hope to hear any feedback from the “specialists”.
P/S Would be nice to know how to place the clip on a chip, shall it be set slightly on the top of the chip or it shall be set deeper so the clip contacts could capture the legs of the chip from the both sides (not only top of them).
@cobrachaos
I may also say that it is highly recommended to flash a chip in unsoldered condition.
It is very dangerous to flash all modern boards with soldered CPU, memory etc.
Maybe it might help anyone … I successfully flashed a chip that operates in ranges 2.7-3.6 V via clip with jumper set in position 1-2 … pc boots OK.
but … MAC addresses dissapeared without a trace…
