HGST SN 260 HUSMR7676BHP3Y1 Windows Server 2012 R2 nvme driver

Hi
I couldn’t find a driver for hgst sn 260 for windows server 2012 r2, and i’m getting bad performance.

anyone can help?

thanks

@petascale :
Welcome to the Win-RAID Forum!
Which drivers have you tested until now?
Although I neither have a WD NVMe SSD nor use Windows Server 2012 R2 as OS, I recommend to try the mod+signed generic Samsung NVMe driver v3.3.0.2003, which has been customized and signed by me. You can find the download link >here<. Don’t forget to set a “Restore Point” and to import the Win-RAID CA Certificate before are going to update the currently running NVMe driver for the NVMe Controller, which is listed within the “Storage Controllers” section of the Device Manager.
Good luck!

finally, found it.

patascale did the driver improve performance?

I the only reason I would need to install driver in Windows Server 2016 or 2019 is perform task on the controller with HDM, Normally with inbox driver I have no problems with performance.

much to my regret the driver did not improve the performance.
seems like this is storage spaces issue (the drive alone gives good performance) but want to use raid.

Are you raiding two more HGST Sn200 or SN260?

SN200 = U2 drive
SN260 = PCI-e AIC Card.

If SN200 what raid controller are your using or are using VROC?

Sorry I just realized you are using storage spaces are you trying out tiers or just storage spaces with SN drives.

what storage space level are you using?

Simple
Mirror
Parity

I have Mirrored 8 Hard drive from my JBOD getting about 600MB/s transfer.
