I’m sure i found the same picture with you provide on bios.
It is a png format picture not a bmp and i replace a dell png picture on test bios.
Tools only phoenixtool and hex editor.

To make it easier for users, who want to know how to modify the OEM Logo of their system, I have merged all existing requests and solutions regarding the same topic into one thread and moved your post into it.
Since I am not an expert regarding this kind of BIOS modding, I cannot help you myself, but hopefully you will get some advices from other users, who had already successfully changed the OEM Logo of their system.
