Intel, AMD, VIA & Freescale CPU Microcode Repositories Discussion

I don’t check Windows builds because I lack the required time and knowledge to do this efficiently. Thus, I rely on you guys to report and attach such new microcodes, if they exist. Thankfully there are at least two other people who continuously help with Windows builds and I thank them very much for their support.

Which uCode is newest for 7700HQ 906e9, B4 or BA??

Thanks?

The numbers are hexadecimal so 0xA = 10 > 0x4 = 4. The github repository only includes the Latest for a given CPUID so search there.

Ok. Thank you for clarification. I forgot about hex.

All best

Nothing new in Windows 10 build 18980.

This BIOS has the latest 9900KS microcode but I don’t know how to extract it. :frowning:

Updated. This BIOS I believe has it.

Have anyone microcode for CPUID=40661, but with 01 version?

Many have not noticed that there is -search parameter for MCE. With that one can see that the earliest "known" microcode for 40661 is 00000002. So if someone had come up on 00000001 MCE would have told to submit it here and it would have been included to the database.

Enter Intel/AMD/VIA CPUID or Freescale Model: 40661
