I’ve found a PowerEdge R610 BIOS with two new Microcodes and extracted them with the current release of platamov’s MCExtractor:
CPUID 106A5 (Bloomfield) → 1C [date: 24/01/2018]
CPUID 206C2 (Westmere) → 1E [date: 23/01/2018]

I couldn’t insert the Bloomfield Microcode into my BIOS, maybe it needs to be modified first. The Westmere file could be inserted tough. Flashing it now…
A first observation: The CPU section in the BIOS still says 1D as the Microcode version but all mitigations in Windows 10 [17133] are now active which was not the case before. Hence this might just be an oversight. Let’s wait and see if the version of the HP BIOS is the same or different.
By the way, you can skip the hussle with updating your BIOS files, I’ve just seen that the new Windows RS 5 Insider Preview (17639) does include the new Westmere microcode already (I had switched back the BIOS again in the meantime).

Pulled from the Z400 you guys mentioned & linked above (New 106A5 and 206C2 ~ 2018 codes)
Ha, didn’t see the post above until I hit submit, lost one page back I guess

Guys, always make sure you have the latest MCE and/or MCE DB downloaded first. These are not new.

Hi all, I have a AMD CPU on an Asus 990FX R2 and have been able to update the BIOS to everything but the CPU microcode.
I used UBU latest and updated the MCE.exe plus Database, also got the latest microcode and added it to the extracted ones in
the AMD folder in UBU but, I cannot figure out how to change the microcode using UBU.
I am not talented enough to use the Hex editor and I confess the instructions on how to do so have me slightly left out.
If anyone can give me some help, I would much appreciate it. Thanks.
Hi~~
I made a ucode modulw for your motherboard ,you can replace it simply by mmtool .
Bios version was 2901.
Due to this bios ws “cap” type ,so you need read this thread to realize how to flashing mod bios .

== 20180425 Release ==
– Updates upon 20180312 release –
GLK 0000001e → 00000022 Pentium Silver N/J5xxx, Celeron N/J4xxx
BDX-ML 0b000021 → 0b00002c Xeon E5/E7 v4; Core i7-69xx/68xx
I used the file you sent me and went back into UBU to check it out. I am not sure if it worked correctly but,
I have a pic of what UBU found for the CPU and now they are all marked as YES unlike before when half
of the listed ones said NO.
I hope I did it right and I thank you for going to the effort for me.

Probably new AMD microcodes posted at lkml:
https://lkml.org/lkml/2018/5/16/1021
File: amd-ucode/microcode_amd_fam15h.bin
Version: 2018-05-15
File: amd-ucode/microcode_amd_fam17h.bin
Version: 2018-05-15
After applying the linux-firmware patch, fam15h.bin is now at CPUID 00600F12/0600063E and CPUID 00600F20/06000852, while fam17h.bin now contains CPUID 00800F12/08001227; none of the three are new.
@plutomaniac
Do you happen to have the latest microcode for CPUID 306C1, plat32, see attached picture?
It is not in your ucode repo @github.
Thx
Edit: Nevermind. Found it. It is in the latest UBU 1.71 dev.
