Updated ME FW to 11.6.0.1117 on a Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3 DDR3.
Looks like we need an updated MEManuf;

The current ME Firmware of my Z170 system is v11.0.17.1002 H. Why did you want to know it?
By the way: I saw your question only by chance. If you want, that a certain person reads your post, you should better use the "@<username>" option, because in this case the related Forum member gets a PM about the personally address.
Iām currently using ME drivers 11.0.0.1157 (07/07/15) installed automatically by Windows 10 Update on my 2014 Haswell notebook.
Is there any reason to install manually ME drivers 11.5.0.1019 or 11.6.0.1009 from the 1st page? Are they designed for my Haswell mobo or is it better to stay on what Windows decided to install itself?
@Lipid : You should better ask plutomaniac. He is our Intel ME expert, not me. According to my experience the Intel ME driver v11.0.0.1157 is working fine with Haswell/Broadwell CPU systems.
I was just wondering as Im still on the stock firmware that came with my Bios 2202 of Sabertooth Z170, should I install the latest Firmware in order to use the latest ME Drivers? also whats the reasoning/benefit of using the corporate firmware v11.0.17.1002 H versus the consumer v11.0.18.1002???
@I-Siamak-I : Our Intel ME expert is plutomaniac and not me. So it is better to address your questions regarding this topic to him. Please wait for his answers.
I am providing the firmware. You can find the tool elsewhere for now. Any recent ME 11.x firmware release from SD contains what you are looking for.
@ I-Siamak-I:
No, use whatever v11 driver with whatever v11 firmware. You donāt have to do anything. I provide the latest at the first post, do as you like afterwards based on what Iāve written. Your system has Consumer firmware, you can only use that. Comparing apples and oranges (sku) of different age (version) makes no sense.
is there ever any change logs for me fw? like from 11.0.17 to 11.0.18 for skylake-S? what exactly does me fw do? all i know vaguely is its related to bclk, pll, & fan control?

My advice would be to leave Intel 100 series motherboard ME firmware āas isā until such time as the desktop KabyLake CPUās & motherboards are released for retail sale in early 2017. At that time, new official KabyLake CPU supporting motherboard bioses should be available for existing Skylake chipset motherboards. Of course, dual-bios boards (such as Gigabyte) would be less of a headache if something were to go wrong during the flash update procedure.
