If it’s not a mistake, it’s still unusual!
Same version for all utilities including DOS one?
Since when does Intel pay so much attention to this and why?

PS
It seems that everything is correct!

MEI Drivers and Software v2105.15.0.2157 MSI (Windows 7, 8, 10 <= 1703)

Nothing unusual. All System Tool packages contain tools of the same version with only some rare exceptions. The ones gathered here are usually different because we update whatever we find at a given time. I’ve also removed the source link, no need to publicly "burn" a source or company which made a singular mistake (however easy it might be to find it via other means).

You can’t "flash only ME". You have to merge the CSME image with the correct PMC CNP image etc., as explained in the initial post.

I used to disable management engine in device manager. Now I keep it updated after I read it runs anyways. I have one question: on my motherboard’s download page latest version is 2047.100.0.1039 Where do people find newer version? proof/links or all of this looks like a scam

"All the software and firmware below comes only from official updates which were provided and made public by various manufacturers! The System Tools are gathered and provided with the sole purpose of helping people who are out of other viable solutions. Thus, they can be extremely helpful to those who have major problems with their systems for which their manufacturer refuses to assist due to indifference and/or system age."

some random files uploaded on mega xd, where did they come from? there are no links to actual manufacturers who made them public

They are extracted from BIOSes uploaded by various motherboard manufacturers. The version of MEI contained in your own motherboard manufacturer’s BIOS is not necessarily the latest.

I checked some of the latest motherboards, and they are also outdated compared to this. So it’s confusing.

Can someone tell me where do winraid/stationdrivers actually get these?

Hi! I have a laptop with CSME V12. I have already updated the CSME firmware. Now do I have to update the USB-C PHY?

You keep ignoring what you’ve read and been told. Just because you checked some "latest" boards, it does not mean you covered anything. Here is a singular example from today’s firmware above. No more will be given, there are vastly more important & substantial things to do. But maybe it’ll help you understand what you’ve read and been told. Also, the CSE/ME co-processor and its firmware are protected with strong signatures and other methods, so no, we cannot provide "scam" firmware or whatever phrasing you used. In the end though, you can just keep whatever old firmware/driver combo you currently have, noone is forcing anyone to update.

Do you have to? No. Rare CSE & IUP compatibility reasons excluded (which I’m not aware of any right now). But if you want to update, you should read the first post. All the info you need is there and organized.
