I need the the F6flpy-x64 (Non-Intel® VMD).zip.
I m asking because I noticed performance improvements with your rst v17 as well. Please continue posting your modded drivers.

EDIT by Fernando: I have put the HardwareIDs into a “spoiler” (to save space)

@zattoo123 : Welcome to the Win-RAID Forum!

What means "Non-Intel(R) VMD" and for which purpose do you need an F6 floppy with this driver? Any modification breaks the WHQL stamp and you cannot successfully integrate any non-WHQL driver into a Windows Image or load it at the beginning of the OS installation. Reason: The OS Setup cannot check the trustworthyness of the signature.
By the way: My mod+signed Intel AHCI/RAID drivers are offered within the start post of >this< thread. So you should post your request there. If more than 2-3 users should ask for mod+signed variants of the latest Intel RST AHCI/RAID drivers, I will publish them >here<.

Happy and Healthy New Year!
Dieter (alias Fernando)

for intel series 100 and (some) 300 users, v17.5 was the latest for these series.but after 17.8 has released intel swifted those ids to v16.8.3.1003
i said some, cause i have seen few succesfully installed v17.9 & 18 and so on.if its failing on you after 17.5,try version 16 line

@onuracengiz :
Whether a specific Intel RST driver supports a specific Intel chipset or not, depends not only on the driver platform and version, but as well on the in-use data transfer mode (AHCI or RAID) of the on-board Intel SATA Controller. That is the reason why the exactly same driver version may work with a certain chipset system running in "RAID" mode, but not with an identical system, whose Intel SATA Controller has been set to "AHCI" within the BIOS.

Ofcourse thats also possible
in my experience, there was no change in transfer mode,3 different pcs were in ahci mode using 17.5 (100series) but could not be updated to 17.8 or later,yet i have tried 16.8 when released and it worked.so it is merely a suggestion based on what i have witnessed

i modded the drivers myself. i no longer need your help.
if someone needs the modded driver send me your ahci controllers hw id in the same format i did and i will mod it for you.

@zattoo123 :
Thank you very much for your willingness to offer modded Intel RST/RSTe drivers within this Forum. This will be a relieve for me regarding this kind of work.
Since this is the thread about the original WHQL certified drivers, you should either post your offer into >this< already existing thread or - even better - start a new thread within >this< Sub-Forum.
Furthermore you should add a note about the digital signature of your modded drivers.

Intel Rapid Storage Technology 15.9.8.1051 (>15.9.8.1050)

@westlake :
Thanks for the info and the link, but the related package contains the Intel RST(e) drivers v15.9.8.1050, which I have already offered within the start post of this thread.

I suggest to put 17.7.0.1006 in first page too, as latest version supporting Z170 chipset.

Done, although I cannot really recommend to install this driver version onto an Intel 100-Series chipset systems. Since I own an Intel 170 chipset system myself, I have done a lot of tests with such system.

@Fernando Intel chipsets running Optane may be an exception.
I have a laptop with HM175 chipset, the latest BIOS has 17.2.0.3790 OROM/EFI modules as this 100 series chipset is Optane supported and there have been bug fixes for Optane in both v16.x and v17.x FW & drivers.
In such cases it is recommended by the manufacturer (Lenovo) to update to the latest BIOS and supplied drivers (17.2.0.1009) which have been labelled as ‘critical’ updates.

[Edit] On the HM175 chipset the Device ID for the SATA controller in AHCI mode is 9D03 which is supported up to driver 17.9.4.1017
On my Z170 chipset the Device ID for the SATA controller in AHCI mode is A102 which is supported up to driver 17.7.0.1006, although 17.5.9.1040 is newer.

to chinobino, i have 100 series chipset, optane version is not accepted, 17.5.1.1021 was ok (11/13/2019)
now 16.8.3.1003 running and can be considered as the latest right now (7/2/2020)
meaning, not all are the same

I have a problem installing Intel RSTe Drivers & Software Set v13.1.0.1058 WHQL on a Windows 10 x64 with NET 4.8 preinstalled.
When I launch the setup, it gives me the following error:

I have tried to replace the following registry keys to fake a 4.5 framework:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Client]
"Version"="4.5.51209"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Client\1033]
"Version"="4.5.51209"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Client\1040]
"Version"="4.5.51209"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full]
"Version"="4.5.51209"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full\1033]
"Version"="4.5.51209"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full\1040]
"Version"="4.5.51209"
but I had no success.

Any idea how to solve it?

@tormento :
AFAIK the installation of the Intel RST Software generally needs .NET Framework 3.0 resp. 3.5, which is usually not preinstalled with Win10.
Please check the "Activate/inactivateWindows Features within the "Software" part of the Control Panel.
It should look like this picture:

.NET Framework 3.5.png

It’s already installed for other programs, so that’s not the issue.

@tormento :
Why do you want to install the Intel RST Software at all? This makes only sense for systems with an Intel RAID array.
