Thanks Win-Raid & plutomaniac first!
The problem:
All R0 CPUs cause
- 01003 error on playing 4K UHD BD
- Advanced Protected Audio/Video Path (GPU) error on Cyberlink Ultra-HD Blu-ray Advisor
while all B0/U0/P0 CPUs don’t.
The fix:
Use this thread’s files and tools to upgrade motherboard BIOS’s Intel ME to 12.0.47.1524
Intel Management Engine: Drivers, Firmware & System Tools
Then upgrade ME driver and UHD 630 driver.
All problems disappeared.
P.S. Fxxx Intel & Cyberlink 's technical supporters because they did nothing but refused my request on fixing this.
P.S.2 EVGA released H370 Stinger BIOS 1.08 as an official solution for this.
P.S.3 ASRock also updated Intel ME on Phantom Z390 Gaming ITX/ac 's BIOS 4.10 & 4.40. But I can’t test it.
Motherboard with ME 11 can not obtain this fix.
P.S. Fxxx them too.
Does Intel CSME 11.8 Consumer PCH-H D,A Firmware v11.8.70.3626 not work?
