Hi,
I’m using Linux and want to upgrade ME 11 firmware using USB dos bootable key (made with rufus)
I’ve got a Asus prime Z370-A and the website provide this new firmware : http://www.mediafire.com/file/1cdlbd3b6v…3561_S.zip/file

Can you tell me which files i need to put on the bootable usb key for upgrade.

You can download the latest firmware and System Tools v11 from Intel Management Engine: Drivers, Firmware & System Tools and then use the DOS or EFI executable of FWUpdate tool (FWUpdLcl.exe or FWUpdLcl.efi, one file) to update the firmware as instructed.
