Need Help Bifurcation Support For EVGA X99 131-HE-E995 x16 to 4x4x4x4

I have read this topic: [Guide] - How to Bifurcate a PCI-E slot
But when i open the bios file with AMIBCP 5.02, I got this Error: Error: AMIBCP 5.02.0023 language name present exceeds 0x08 in lenght
So does anyone here can help me out?
