You must try to do a CMOS RESET, the chassi unit must be open to do so it seems, google is your friend here.

Thanks bud. I didn’t mean to post the incorrect post haha. I’ve tried everything humanly possible to CMOS reset but it doesn’t seem to work with this damn laptop.
