Also like to Thanks all the dev for the work they do to make UBU work.
Also like to thanks Lost_N_BIOS for info on how to flash mod bios in Qflash .
Also great video on this board https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4C_vjXQ7Qs
As always - it’s your responsibility if anything goes wrong !
Just see the F5e from November 16th.
Can you update your mod please ?
F5E now on site.
Im interested in modified BIOS, but can you please explain even in short whats the difference, because i dont get it.
Did you updated the build-in drivers??
Or unlocked hidden options?
If its just new drivers that can you at least mention it on your main post that you upgraded the drives from such and such version to such and such (if its not too hard).
P.S. BTW, can you unlock hidden options? I heard that most boards have option to password-protect your SSD/HDD if it supports hardware encryption, but this option only visible on laptops.
I only update the rom addons like the intel orom the thing that anyone can do with the UBU tool.It Is not hard this site provides good guides on how to do it .This is just for anyone who don’t what to try it. When you flash bios thing can go wrong. So having a bios they is already mods helps. I also own this board so i flash it first before i upload it. UBU tool won’t update the oroms or the efi in this bios u have to use UEFITool.
F5H Bios Updates
F5l is out with updated microcode (for Meltdown/Spectre mitigation).
on site (update)
F5M Is out and updated on website. Orom is 18.104.22.16855
Version 22.214.171.12467 Will not work on this board.
Also did the same update on the F5H Bios Just in case someone wants to go back a version.
Update F5H and F5M bios to OROM IRST RAID and EFI Rom - 126.96.36.19967
F5H don’t have the Meltdown/Spectre patch that is causing alot of problems.
Update F5H and F5M to Orom 188.8.131.5239
put Intel® Management(ME) 184.108.40.20648 (Firmware) on Website
Just wanted to say I flashed the F5h mod (was using Gigabyte Default F5m before) and I am really liking it so far. No stability issues and performance is great. I love being able to use a previous bios version to skip the microcode update but still keep the updated Oroms. Thank you so much for this! I look forward to more updates in the future.
Update F5H and F5M Bios to new Microcode updates 84 versions
This will be the last update on the F5H version bacause F5M has Improve graphic card compatibility.
Thanks for this!
BIOS F5…on the way…

Thanks so much for keeping these updated! Always excited to try out a new modded bios. I have been sticking on F5H to use microcode revision 70 but I may flash to F5 since it has revision 84 now. Has anyone noticed a difference with 84 yet or is it too soon to tell? I know revision 80 was giving many people issues.
