Repair MEI on Samsung NP550P7C-S04PL

Hello, I have a problem with Intel Management Engine on my laptop. I installed drivers HECI 8.0.0.1262 drivers from Samsung support website in the Device Manager, an error 10 appears (the device can not be started). Then in the device manager, the device disappears completely and appears in unspecified moments. Laptop told a long time and in the event preview the following errors show

1
2
3

Intel(R) Management Engine Interface driver has failed to perform handshake with the Firmware
The Intel(R) Management Engine Interface is being reset.
The Intel(R) Management Engine Interface is being disabled

What can I do with this?
My Bios version in laptop P09ABI

Correct and latest driver is this one: MEI Drivers and Software Consumer v11.0.6.1194 (ME 7-8) AKA v11.0.5.1189 in device manager.
Other than that, could be a corrupted ME FW image and requires further actions, report it back.

EDIT: Read, learn and perform Intel ME Info tools to get state of the FW on the system: Intel (Converged Security) Management Engine: Drivers, Firmware and Tools
then u can try fix it here: [Guide] Clean Dumped Intel Engine (CS)ME/(CS)TXE Regions with Data Initialization

Don’t think that’s correct. (But probably bios region not connected to your problem)

I have installed these drivers ( v11.0.6.1194 (ME 7-8) AKA v11.0.5.1189) device manager further shows the code 10. After restarting the laptop Intel Mei has disappeared from the device manager. How can I repair ME FW? BIOS is good and fits this motherboard was downloaded through the official Samsung tool to update BIOS

I will try to do what is in this guide. But I do not know which ME FW version to choose? How to prepare a file from ME FW to upload?

Ur system is an Intel7/8 Sandy/Ivy-Bridge, probably its an Ivy Core i5-3xxx, so its ME7/8 (Core iX-2XXX) for Sandy and ME8/8.1 (iX-3XXX) for Yvy system tools and fw images, so the correct tools will tell u wot u got and needed,
now read and learn in order to answer ur doubts and avoid unnecessary questions before posting, without learning u wont see the all picture and getting no where just making questions for this for that and we cant do nothing as
this is ur task only and the machine is in front of u, not in our desk. This is not an click to execute windows app, this is command line tools, that can be dangerous if incorrectly used, specially Intel FPT, so read all notes and perform
backups (Intel FPT).

EDIT: Yes thats correct, still the correct MEinfo tools can give u more accurate information, pay attention that no one instructed u to make a FW update to the system in is current state. U asked for a possible fix so it regards to the 2nd link i posted.
And thats it, after all info collected, further steps r in guides. Over_N_Out.

The processor is i5-3210M Ivy Bridge. I’m looking for ME 8 1.5MB v8.1.70.1590?

I try to use Meinfo and an error appears

When I want to do Dump me region, an error appears

ME info is correct, confirms ME is not present/corrupted.

To make valid use of the Intel FPT tool, the access to bios regions is necessary and its normal situation on some systems.
By the way a valid backup its not only the ME region, so dont just backup the ME, u can do a full and separate regions.

Oh by the way…seems that ur knowledge of these tools and ur adventures lies here also: https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-S…-unlock-request

So now…im really out of this.

I am trying to unlock FD in Bios I found "ME FW Image Re-Flash" options after entering it during the post there is an error "(A7) Me Fw Downgrade - Request MeSpiEnable Failed" and then FD is blocked

I also noticed that ME starts after a complete reboot of the laptop. So after removing the battery, ME FW Version 8.0.1249 appears in the bios
