Today We’ll try to unlock a BIOS from one friend of mine that need to active XMP profile, can you give me a hand o it?
I’ve tryied to use your tool but it’s gaving me this error:

Do you need a BIOS dump right? I’ve tryied to use the FPTW.exe that I have here and it’s saying "unsuported plataform", I guess I need a newer version of it too…
Yes. Use BACKUP_Tools. This is a set of different programs including many version of FPTW which makes it quite universal.

BIOS mod: Vernnon!.zip. Extract the contents of the archive to a separate folder.
1. Run 'SET VARS.bat" and reboot.
2. Run “FLASH.bat”.

Is your friend using BIOS in a language other than English? I changed some text lines to make the new menus appear correctly, but I only did it for English.

Same thing. We changed the language, rebooted and entered in the setup again, no second advanced tab:

Don’t worry about it, the only reason that i helped to my friend is to enable the XMP profile in the XPG memory…we done this too, now the XMP profile is working very well!
I followed the same guide as my friend told me that it worked for him with the same model of laptop as mine, but I suddenly have a UEFI password.
Is there anything I can do to remove this? Lol
To be clear, I ran the same files in Vernnon!.zip, and it seems to have changed the language and also added a supervisor password 
Edit: I have used this to reset the password, and the unlocked firmware works perfectly!
