@build4fun @Lost_N_BIOS ive got a chip reader
but see attached…
which one is the bios chip?
@Tonnage - The BIOS chips x2 are located to left of SB, between the SB and in-between 2nd/3rd PCIE Slots, under the shield as you see below
You have to take off the cover/shield, and then the black SB Heatsink as well
Or, you can wait, I am helping someone else with similar type of edit and they have programmer, so once sorted on that edit then I’ll know it’s OK/safe here too

hi
Any news???
@Tonnage - no, all attempts failed during edit attempts, due to where/how this menu is in the BIOS (not in setup), so for now I have not figure out a way to do this yet
Your help is always appreciated.
Hope you get it right bud
Strongs
If there is any thing I can do to help or test pleas let me know
Cheers
@Tonnage - Yes, I hope to figure out how to link to that modules menu someday!
When I do the mod, due to those BIOS settings/menus not being in “Setup” BIOS module like all the rest, then in AMIBCP it makes a blank setting instead of expected change, this is due to the formID’s and all are missing, due to not being within the same file.
What CAN be done for you guys, is to set those ports to whatever bifurcation you want, then flash it in. Settings can be changed without issue, I just can’t relink to that section of the BIOS from the sections you can see (ie can’t make visible entry for you is all)
