I can do Mod3 my own way (proper method to remove microcode), but you need to confirm your series CPU and chipset can boot without microcode (unless you have flash programmer, then it doesn’t matter, you can test anyway if you have programmer and if it bricks you can recover easily)

Ok you can you can do also mod 3 as I have programer and using it to flash everything so I can test everything and it dosent’t matter.
HI @Krzyslaw , I dindt read carefully but regarding XMP profile, I mean you dont have to buy Taiphon burner
I just find RWe program can simply write SPD tables.
Do you mean I could write xmp 2.0 ddr4 profile with voltage and timings with other program?
If yes please share it for me to try. I have spare 8gb ddr4 sodimm to Play with. Can be in private msg if you want and some more or less guide.

Yes, you can write SPD but be smartest then me, so get knowledge and some readings about SPD.
I was to excited and didnt know nothing about topic, so i just finded new XMP profiles for my two DDR3 RAMs 1300 and 1600 Mhz at Typhon database (of course I could get it wrong, did not read much about it) then I rewrote SPD according Typhon XMPs, then flashed it and everything was fine. I found the GPUZ could read new XMP profiles 1 and 2. If I remembere correctly I flashed XMP on 1600 stick arround of 2400 Mhz and GPUZ read that. I reboot two times and took a look at GPUZ again and find my freq was still 1300 (666x2), so I got unpatient and find in my Bios option (unlocked menu) - Enable memory thermal reporting- so I apply and got black screen.
Both stick are bricked now. It was my stupidity to play with without knowledge. I was thinkong about some write protection, but XMP styed during 2 reboots so strange

Thank you. I figured spd in rw but The spd is locked as I currently have flashed bios with few values for spd still being locked. I will check after @Lost_N_BIOS will made for me fully unlocked bioses.
I am not expert , maybe you are speaking about RTC RAM Lock? I can see this option it in my unlocked Bios menu and of course I have disable that lock by myself. I will give it to try, will enable RTC ram lock and take look on RW if I can write SPD than…
OK so I made quick attempt, first went in Bios to enable RTC Ram Lock, than booted to Win and opened up RW, find spd table and - window WRITE is now greyed.
So your problem is RTC ram Lock
No, it is not rtc lock, I have disabled it. What I mean was spd lock bits in bios (rswp in taiphoon).
