@Sweet_Kitten no, it’s the same, the last one that i’ve dumped to you. Somehow the Windows currupted some drivers, I did a fresh windows 11 install and it solved my problem, i manage to unlock again the Bios.
Thanks you so much again!
I need to ask one more question: even with unlocked bios the undervolt was not enable, and i found one video on youtube to do the unlock by vars. Before the unlock all settings in the menu “Cpu and Performance” that I change did not accepts, after the unclok by var yes, I manage to change the values. The video is this: How to undervolt Helios 300 PH-315-54 core i7 11800H - YouTube
Do you know what option inside the bios (the name of it and where is it) that this guy tells in the video?
CpuSetup >> 000000D0 >> last byte in the line from 01 to 00
EDIT: I found the option, it’s called “Cpu Lock” inside de the Processor in the overclock menu…
Advanced - Power & Performance - CPU-Power Management Control - CPU Lock Configuration - Overclocking Lock: 0xDF, VarStore: 0x3. You didn’t know it needs to be disabled?
In my helios 2019 this option was uncheck from factory (acer permited to undevolt as default), this 11th gen of predator 2021 no, i need to disable this option to allow the undervolt, but tks to clarify me, now everything is fine. The only thing is when i try to change the PL1 time window in BIOS, the machine frozen, I only can do this using XTU in windows…
