Looks like that HPET is broken for this board and its not working (timers remain the same), but hey - it was worth a try
Good thing is - all other settings seem to be working 
@MIETAS - Wow, for real?? I’ve done same edit, Hard and make visible, for other MSI X570 and X490 users and they do not have these issues
Are you using Admin CMD Prompt when you change stuff with BCDEdit? Did you test both True/Yes, and false/No. And, do you reboot after each change to test?? Not sure if it’s required, but I always do to be sure change takes effect
Maybe they never check timers, only changing the setting and or hard disable directly solved whatever issue they were having that made them look to disable it?
