The problem in OEM machines…like ur HP (Presumably 6200 Pro SFF) is the flashing process (Without SPI programmer), some cant be done and there’s a high risk of failure. The NVMe mod itself its easy.
U need to make an spi bios dump of the current version in the system (Insure that ure using latest version before the dump), using Intel FPT tool from ME7 and test the flashing with same tool to check bios regions access,
if fails u need to unlock it. Some HP board can have a jumper labeled SPI/ME/Service, these is the safest way.
