I will check your guide soon, thanks
I have I’ve more problem - I can’t get 90W on gpu in extreme/turbo mode
Although earlier I had it, I saw it by my own eyes, on my previous windows instances
Any idea how to get 90W back ?
I just reinstalled windows but no luck
http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/…s.830371/page-4
read this … download Hwinfo64 …
one more thing could please launch a gpu stress with furmark https://geeks3d.com/furmark/ iam shocked the rtx 2060 pull 81W only @ 1000 mhz so low i dont understand even with turbo on …
could you confirm this ?! :[
tomorow ill will retest 90W asus bios and Modded Nvidia drivers if i will get some improvement (10% with both said someone)
tomorow a coffee cup and benchmarking session with [email protected] ghz will see tha result of all of three thrings coupled together !
good night buddy
I found the reason, it’s new drivers 442.19 blocks high limit
on previous 441.87 I have 90W
And I reached good scores with increased overclock
ok planning today to edit and update CSME …
i looked for 300/240 series :
H370 stepping B0 for Acer predator 2019 so i dont get wrong we have to use CSME V12 right ?
Ok start compiling ME analyser will see if i can brick my laptop again

ok continuing to brick the pc step 3 ( could one day help someone on the thread asking same questions i was asking)
next step using the right CSME V12 for 300/240 series :
so intel CSME Firmware v12.0.49.1534 (CON H BA) .rar downloadable here :
https://mega.nz/#!6N0GAAAb!udaWcCi2hgvE3…HEWYIq7UsgNP08A
as we can see FW UPDATE is not in IMPOSSIBLE state so good so far and we can see it is the LAST UPDATE :
now we choose from the upper BOX the right plateform H for us here and the SKU aka predator as an H370 chipset …
we dropped down or loaded the last ME firmware aka 12.0.49.1534_CON_H_BA_PRD_EXTR
and now we change this :
Load/drop the chosen CSME firmware image and then input the chosen PMC firmware at “Flash Layout” > “Ifwi: Intel(R) Me and Pmc Region” > “PMC Binary File”.
Adjust “Flash Settings” > “Flash Components” > “Number of Flash Components” to “0”.
Adjust “Integrated Sensor Hub” > “Integrated Sensor Hub” > “Integrated Sensor Hub Supported” to “No”.
Build the image and use “cse_image_FWU_Full.bin” at Intel FWUpdate tool.
good to go and creat the full image :
Guys i made the full image aka cse_image_FWU_Full.bin …
Could a good soul give me the right parameters to flash it with FWPT.exe i dont want to make a mistake thanks in advance !
ok so i used FWupdate aka FWupdlcl.exe (win32):

omg finnally rebooting if iam gone …
I totally fucked up the operation
Edit work flawlessly and thanks to win-raid i earned +12 pts in skills perk tree and +5 IQ for understanding what it should be done …
nope modded driver X-G wont install i’ll stick to these stock ones …
New bios manual more compliant with our hynside bioses
http://www.vecow.com/dispUploadBox/PJ-VECOW/Files/2276.pdf
Hello, @Lost_N_BIOS. I’m interested in unlocking the advanced menu in the BIOS of my predator ph317-53. I have read post #107 and followed step 1 of it.
As you suggested on #107, I uploaded vars.txt after running the command H2OUVE.exe -gv vars.txt
Here’s the link.
http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=37947588755144084796
By the way, my predator has rtx 2070 max-q, bios version is 1.08.
Thanks in advance.
Is there smth useful?
Meanwhile I ranked at 75 position in 3Dmark Timespy world board among 9750H and RTX 2060
Most of the above is MSI it’s just a beast in performance field
Nice Hyppo !
yep the manual contains all the bios settings explained
Btw now my ram is running @ 3600 mhz holly shit CAS 21 (21-22-42-20) with uncore set to 130mv (+)
10 GB/s gained in read ops ! (41.8 stock -) 52 now) that’s a shame intel dont allow this stock without overclocking and i save some bucks not buying expensive ram …
Still stucked with the faulty nvidia driver @ 80W waiting for a new one lazzy do downgrade it …
will post my benchmarks score in couples of weeks : iam tweaking the 9750H with throttlestop guide i found : tweaking VCore offset - 250 MV !!! and -175 Mv for the cache voltage with +130 MV for System agent aka uncore give me a full stable 4ghz / 4.2 LLC northbridge / ram 3.6 ghz not throttling @ 56W !!! iam so pleased temp are not excceeding 72C after two hours of Aida torture test !
between 3 and 20 fps improvements an all my games ( ARMA3,DCS, Insurgency, Rainboww six, Control) …
Without overcloking the card with 90W ! so i am waiting massive improvement with RTX @ 1900 mhz and Vram @ 2050 mhz …
i wish in several month we could improve the GFX with a 100/110W Vbios mod …
anyway eating all the 1070/1080 Max-q and 2060/70 max Q …
oh i forgot a good one for you hyppo test this !
Then go to Advanced > Power & Performance > CPU - Power Management Control > CPU VR Settings > Core/IA VR Settings
Set IMON Slope to 50
Set IMON Offset to 51999/52999 try both
Set IMON Prefix to “-”, This is important, if you set it wrong you’ll throttle like no tomorrow.
Save and Reboot.
What this does is to have a negative offset of -51.999W on the reported TDP,
So the CPU will be tricked and thinks that the TDP limit has not been reached.
bybybye throttling ! WATCH YOUR TEMPS CUZ NOW CPU IS UNLOCKED AND VRM WILL KICK HARD WITHOUT MASSIVE UNDERVOLTING !!!
Hail to the king babe
Set IMON Slope to 50
Set IMON Offset to 65535 max !
Set IMON Prefix to “-”,
install throlltstop : set P2 80W P1 60 W lock TDP with driver enforcement !
UV vcore -250 Mv !!!
UV cache core - 150 Mv !!!
desactivate in FIVR PPo !
Desactivate C1E and Speedshift !
run cinebench ! no more throttling !
I blow the Walmart pc with 200W power supply !
3059 R20 vs me 3125 !
You cant touch this ! finally main goal reached ! loop cinebench no throtte 4ghz always vid Between 1.179 V and 1.125V temps max 79C
my new 24/7 daily settings for playing and iddling !
Hey there
Maybe it is just wrong reading those -250v?
I also tried with IMON Offset but not sure about the outcome, it works but somehow weird
As for memory, the uncore voltage really did the trick and I was able even with 3600
One more thing I found, previously I couldn’t passed aida stress test with XMP 3200 profile. But if I add even +0.01 to uncore it passes!
But I don’t know why it is so and how to test because without uncore TM5 passed ok
but aida failed in 20 sec
and adding even +0.01 to uncore makes it pass
And for CB15 you don’t need any special overclock it already works this way
I also heard a lot about C1E and Speedshift but don’t know details, is it worth to disable them?
One more good thing is I tested temperatures with 0 uncore and with +0.02 uncore and it look the same
I really wouldn’t like to add anything to voltage because my cpu is throttle under really heavy load
50W cpu and 90W gpu make
Ok C1E make turbo activated under c1 and c3 circumstances without it your stuck at 4ghz always I think the IMON 50 65353 does that trick and yeah maybe vcore is buggy but all do the magic no throlling for Aida 3600 is stable with more incore try +100 +120 and loosen your timing to make it stable don’t run your pc with faulty ram windows will be corrupt
Try 21 22 42 20 26 52782 674 6 4 9 18 9 3 @1.25/1.30V
Battlefield is gpu and cpu intensive …
Your temps are damn hot thats a fact …
of btw tha way apply good thermal pads and thermal grease on the cpu and gpu i gained 20C full load …
And do you know if there is a special connector on the mother board for the turbo button mine is not working since dissasembly !
Well I’m not sure about stability of my current configuration,
with memory at 3200 with timings from XMP profile, undervolt -150 and uncore +0.02 I had one crash in Battlefield 5 but it was also gpu overclock 220/440 maybe it was too high
But main issue now is temperatures, in game I can’t even handle 56W so thinking about reducing it back to 45W
There is new stress test in latest XTU version, it’s CPU+ AVX2, whats your numbers there after 4 minutes with fans on auto?
With my config above (undervolt -150, uncore +0.02, 56W) I have CPU freq 3.97, temp is 75C average but with spikes to 82C, fans at 3000+3000 rpm
Turbo conn is under heatsink
And just one more note about my cooling, I replaced metal fan with another plastic one, it is more weak than metal but quiet on idle
So it resulted in higher temps of coz but I just can’t bear constant 1680+2200 rpm on idle With both plastics I have very quiet 1680+1680 idle
If only we could hack those shitty fan curve table it would be the best laptop on the planet
