(Request) USB 3.0/3.1 for Z390 Phantom Gaming

Hello! I’ve been trying to install Windows 7. I’ve been dual booting it, and the reskinned Windows 10 installer works, but when I actually get into 7, the mouse and keyboard do not work. Anyone able to help me with this? My exact motherboard is the Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S-IB.
