when you say correct mod, are you telling for choice number 5 option (i3 8xxx / Pentium G55xx, G5600 / Celeron G4900, G4900T, G4920) ??
Exists I3-9100F both U0 and B0 revision???

yes，SRF7W spec code for 9100F is B0.

Hello everyone!

I have Z270X-Gaming 5 from Gigabyte and i want to try in the nearest future to modded this mobo for I9 9900K.My questions is :

1.did someone succesfully modded bios this mobo?
2.all 8+8 cores working fine?

Yes, all of 100/200 Gigabyte boards can work with any Coffee Lake without problem.
For example Z270-HD3 + Xeon 8/16.

Don’t know about 8 threads but should work too.

Hey,

i tried this tool with my MSI Z270 Mpower Gaming and a 8700k.
It does boot but is like in a bootloop and i have no picture. Also my Debug LED "VGA" is on.
Can anyone help?

My mainboard is Asrock Z270 Killer SLI.
Is it possible to go with Intel core i7-8700 engineering sample(QN8H) U0 Stepping using Easy automated Mod tool?
I know that the CPU Socket pinwork is required.

Was wondering if the easy mod tool also fixes the acpi tables in your bios? Reason I ask is because I’m unable to push the cpu past a certain core ratio… Stuck at 46X on a 9700k. Bclk overclocking however works.

Adjust ratio for OC purpose,try patch with "x.SyncAllCoreRatio".

Hello.I have two problems.

I try to make modded bios with coffeetime tool for Z270X-Gaming 5.My problem appear when i select I9 9900 after runnig coffetime tool i get acpi tables error(see attached pics).When i modded with i7 9700 selection everything was fine,no errors.The second problem is about mac adresses.My mobo have 2 network card so my question is - can i insert two mac adresses or only one? Thank you.

hi. i found this thread after going through about 5 others. i have a asus prime z270-A motherboard (7700k right now) and I downloaded a new bios that the ME firmware was under v11.7.x.1xxx (didn’t know if this tool still required that)

i put it in the AllInOne.exe and selected option 2 (i plan to use a 9600k) so it started doing its thing and it said it was successful! but it spit back out a .BIN file and not a .CAP how do i change it back to a cap where i can flash the motherboard with it?

ASUSTeK_PRIME_Z270-A_1009.U0P0.HT.ACPI.678ABC.bin is what came out
PRIME-Z270-A-ASUS-1009.CAP is what went in
