You can read all about i2chid problems in a Google search on all devices since UEFI was introduced and it is a root kit. I’ve had this problem on a 990fx in 2010 and 3 UEFI laptops from Dell and HP. How are DEX drivers updated in windows using capsules?

Since it seems that DXE drivers its all new for you better read the Archived topic and later one, get the tool and you can update several modules.
