hi , on my gt75 7re work normal last fw .,test full reset cmos or DOS usb ,flash back old fw
.,bios access work normal ?
How did you manage to install ME firmware of v11 on a motherboard compatible with (CS)ME of v12? I thought you’re supposed to flash only with v12 on mobos with Intel 300 series chipsets, and they have security/control numbers protections in place to prevent mistakes like yours from occurring?
No, for z370 version 11.8 applies
I did a reset CMOS, but nothing happens … the computer constantly reboots, the screen is black
,.remember what version MEI use under windows ?? i use 1941.14.0.1366 ,update process ends normal no error ? or something
I would try a full cmos reset, I used to have a problem with another bclk or spreed value after update .d
You’re right the latest BIOS version (F14a) on the Gigabyte site contains Intel ME 1.8.70.3626 (verified with UEFITool and ME Analyzer).
The upgrade to the latest version of Intel ME ran without errors?
Check the BIOS version of Intel ME FW you have, maybe 0.0.0.0?
I have the same version of Intel ME and I was about to do the upgrade.
if me fw contains i bios ,flash bios for repair or must use DOS or efi flash new or last usable fw
Flashing BIOS does not always update the version of Intel ME, I say it from experience and I do not know what is the setting that blocks this.
Intel ME version 11.8.70.3626 and 11.8.71.3630 have the same Engine Version Control Number (VCN) -> 284 so you could try flashing version 11.8.70.3626 again.

Gentlemen, thanks for the advice! But I do not have special equipment to be able to flash the BIOS. A BIOS does not load completely! I have a black screen and constant restart.! Damn gigabytes !!! Where is his vaunted patented dual bios technology !!! ??? Why can not I boot from the backup bios and continue to work ??? Comrades, tell me other ways to solve my problem!
There were no errors during the update process! status - update completed successfully. I did it a hundred times in this way and always worked out well. What could have happened wrong this time …
Did you flash the LP version instead of the H version? I almost did but double checked. The 3630 H version works fine with my z370.
version matched…In any case, if there were differences in versions, reprogramming would not have occurred.
It happens sometimes, I have no idea why. It happened to me, twice, on a B150 motherboard, I had to reflash with a hardware flasher, so I stopped updating BIOS and ME Firmware after that.
there is one solution. close the contacts on the BIOS chipset. first and eighth. what do you think?
Fucking gigabyte !!! If you see this, know your double bios is complete nonsense !!!
Fu*** my bios too. I had to do cmos reset and flash the previous FW. I will delete the post.
Also try to remove power cord and wait few minutes.
Hello, I flashed the last “ME” 11.8.71.3630 S&H 1.5mo and my bios is dead!
Several Clear cmos attempts, nothing helps.
gigabyte Z170 x-ud3 motherboard
I’m going to have to buy new chips
I can confirm that firmware 11.8.71.3630 does not seem to work.
I flashed an ASRock Z370M Pro4 with this ME and it too would turn off and on repeatedly when trying to boot.
luckily, after a few cycles, the board could initialize the BIOS and I would get the messege, that it failed to boot a few times.
I could then go into the BIOS but I couldn’t save any changes, because on reboot it would repeat the off/on cycle.
so the next time it would initialize, I let it boot into windows with the default BIOS settings and I re-flashed the older firmware 11.8.70.3626 and now everything is working fine again.

I was not so lucky.
Having disconnected everything, I tried to boot on usb key with valid bios, but nothing …
so friends, apparently my bios burned out …
