@Muneeb1
>Here< you can find information about how to get the BIOS file extracted from Dell’s BIOS installer file.
Good luck!

Actually i already tried that command method to extract but nothing happened no hdr file appear but I also try phoenix even Pfs extractor gives me 8 bin file when i use phoenix to extract .exe which is 8mb in size than phoenix provide me a 14mb file with the .file extension i don,t know its correct file or not so the only remain is the phython one method so could you plzz guide me about that

Also can you guide me in my case where I accidentally switch UEFI mode so Ctrl Plus Escape with a Fat32 usb contains .hdr file recovers my Laptop or not as you guys are experts so guide me that am i putting my time in a correct method

Seems that your M4700 (pré 2015) doesnt support any of the Dell recovery methods:

BIOS Recovery 1 (correct one, same generation but model NOT listed)
BIOS Recovery 2
BIOS Recovery 3

So… files on USB are useless on your Dell system.

If no CMOS/NVRAM clear successfully (CMOS/Main battery/AC, PSW button hold 15s and cold rest for 15m), your only option maybe only with a SPI programmer

EDIT: No… it will not work, the system will not accept neither the Bios_region (4096) file or an expanded full Bios + ME (12288), i think your best chance is a cheap CH341A and re-program the IC’s (U52/3), here there’s a Bios+EC/ME file and successful reports of recover or here an older image, if proceeding, do save original readings from your system, even if corrupted as you think they are, that’s all from me, good luck.

Actually i want to try a usb recovery method first as i think it may be work but i know you know better than me but i think i had to try this method but unfortunately i don,t had any extracted raw Bios Img i only have .exe file only or i want to clarify one thing that when i try to extract that .exe file from Dell pfs Extractor i get 8 .bin files if you say i w,ll attach that 8.bin files here so you might tell me the files are correct
Other wise could if you know any working method to extract .exe file to .hdr file so i rename it BIOS_IMG.rcv and than put that file into 8gb usb and try blind recovery if i provide you a file in .exe any one here can help me to extract the file
Help will be appreciated

Alright I yesterday bought mini programmer named Ch341A and could you plzz guide me the links you provide me which contains M4700 Bios and dump which one i should be use to program my bios again and there is two chips in the motherboard
Actually i want to say just that how i had to start the process because i downloaded the both of the files present in the links and here to ask where to start the process because its my first time to use Mini programmer
Could you plzzz guide me the steps
Help will be appreciated

Correctly identify the ICs on the system board, their model and datasheet respectably.
Perform readings/backup of both, save them.
Program the ICs with files linked.
This is no classroom and we cant teach/pass, the experience to no user in a forum or lose our own personal time.
That’s it from me, the system will recover or be death, your choice only, good luck.
