Is this working? How much generation of cpu can i support?

CPU’s are locked by Intel to certain freq or multiplier, no BIOS hack will get you around that.

For 8th or 9th Gen CPU, you need to give specific CPU model or CPUID, then someone can see if BIOS currently supports it, or if you need to or can possibly mod the BIOS to support it.

Yes, there is a few auto magically done tools for making BIOS Coffee CPU compatible
svarmod’s tool (CoffeeTime) - [GUIDE] Coffee Lake CPUs on Skylake and Kaby Lake motherboards (57)
Revlaay’s AIO Tool - [TOOL] Easy automated Mod tool for Coffee Lake bios

However, the exact link you gave, that BIOS looks to be pre-modified and tested and confirmed working as the user noted in that post.

can support i3 9100f or maybe i5 9400f?
but idk how to use that aplication can anybody guide me?

ayy dude invalid bios image file anybody can help me out?

@Dblackbarrel - Google down?! Well, sometimes I get 3-20 BYTES per sec, for a few seconds, can’t even get 1MB downloaded outta there tonight (Says 46 minutes remaining, but it keeps stalling out until I restart).
Can you host that somewhere else please. I’ll keep trying, in case I get before you see this I will edit fixed BIOS here
Got it, please wait, inspecting

* Edit - BIOS only supports 906EB + 506E3 (FYI) & FIT has been edited incorrectly (This shouldn’t cause a boot or flashing issue, but it’s not done properly)
Here, BIOS fixed to allow Qflash to happen - http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?fil…391359772820463

Thank you Lost_N_BIOS working now with i3 9100f.

You’re welcome @Dblackbarrel - good to see it’s booting with your new CPU too
Here is the only edit I made, so you can make next time you mod BIOS for this board >> Qflash Lock removal >> [OFFER] Gigabyte GA-Z370-Aorus Gaming 7 BIOS mod (6)

Do you think this will work on GA-H110-D3A as well…?

Thanks

@xuw - yes, it should, you can use either of these tools, I assume you mean with Coffee Lake CPU?
Also, be sure you do the CPU pad covering, one of these downloads (maybe both now, and or first post in each thread) should have a CPU marked out image of pins to over

See link in post #7 if you need Qflash unlocked in the file after you are done, some BIOS need that, some do not, you can check your BIOS before or after and see if that byte is 01 or 00, then you’ll know if you need to edit that or not.

I mean the i3 9100f

Does it need any pin covering…?
Also, what about Asus b250 mining expert, is it possible to use the i3 9100f? I’m asking because I can get those really cheap:)

Thanks!

@xuw - Yes, I assume it does need pins covered as I mentioned. You’ll have to ask any questions related to that in one of the threads for the tool you use. Same for the other board you mention

For those who are modding GA-H110M-GAMING 3 there is no need for any pin covering just download the this bios http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?fil…391359772820463
and you are good to flash it

how about Asus H110M-K?i plan to upgrade from 13 6100 to i3 9100f
