First of all, I found this forum only a few days ago, but I have already found that you are doing a great job here For several days, I’ve been installing Windows 7 on the HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF computer [4KW29EA]. I haven’t installed all the drivers. But what succeeded, maybe someone will find the information useful:
USB 3.0 / 3.1 / also USB-C - [Solution] Win7 drivers for USB 3.0/3.1 Controllers of new Intel chipset systems
ACPI / EHCI / AMT - [Solution] ACPITME / EHCI(AMT) driver for win7 64bit of new Intel chipset systems
UHD630 - Win 7 x64 Coffee Like UHD 630 Video driver
DEV_A363 - Intel SOL “Driver” v1843.12.0.1169 -
Intel Management Engine: Drivers, Firmware & System Tools
ACPI\HPIC000C - HP Application Driver -
Searching I found the official driver SP95222.exe (for example https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/sel…mId/ob-226301-1). After installation, I got Blue Screen twice and the device moved in manager in a different group, but it is still visible as an Unknown Device (but with a different icon). After reading this thread - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Business-N…is/td-p/7184431 - i decided to turn it off in BIOS.
ACPI\IFX0763 - TPM 2.0
From offical HP: "Windows 7 will only work with TPM 1.2. TPM 2.0 is not supported on HP platforms with Windows 7."
https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c05381064
On forums I found that some people downgrade TPM to 1.2, but I dont want to do that. I dont need TPM right now, so I also turn it off in BIOS.
